As the Founder and CEO of BABZ, she brings 15 years of deal-making expertise, confidentiality, and strategy to each client she represents. Her real estate practice is referral-only, intentionally low-volume, and built for clients who value trust, privacy, and a broker who already understands the pace and pressure of their industry.
While she only recently joined Coldwell Banker, Hannah has spent about 15 years embedded in the Los Angeles, Nashville, and Manhattan real estate worlds on behalf of her clients in the music industry.
Her primary career is running BABZ, a music management company that represents award-winning songwriters, producers, and social media influencers. Over the years, Hannah has been a go-to agent within the music and entertainment industry to help with off-market searches, relocations, and purchases; real estate became a natural extension of the work she was already doing: negotiating deals, protecting client interests, and helping them expand their lives that function behind the scenes.
Hannah didn’t get into real estate to chase volume. She started in real estate while a Sophomore at NYU to afford the New York lifestyle and organically the same people who rely on her professionally were already trusting her with some of their most significant decisions in their personal lives.
